We are hoping for a significant TESSA presence at the DETA conference in Kigali, Rwanda in August (http://www.deta.up.ac.za/). We would like to encourage you to seek financial support from your institution. However, we will be able to fund some participants. If your abstract is closely aligned to the TESSA strategic objectives, then you could be considered for funding.  These are:

• To provide improved access to TESSA
• To build the capacity of teacher educators to model TESSA pedagogy in their work with teachers
• To embed TESSA in teacher education programmes
• To build sustainability through partnerships
• To build an evidence base for the effective use of TESSA OER
